Overview
A Ford Transit van can come to your house to service your vehicle. A contactless way to get an oil change, tire rotation, brake replacement, and more. However, dealers are barely getting customers. To kickstart mobile service we created a system to connect Ford’s mobile service vans to Ford plants so that plant employees can get vehicle their serviced on-site while they work.

The solution
At a time when contactless experiences were most critical, this project quickly laid the groundwork for one of Ford's most successful dealer offerings to date. We were able to validate this experience which was eventually expanded to a massive scale. Incredibly rewarding!
